Hanging white block, chemical name formaldehyde sodium bisulfite, is made by reducing formaldehyde with sodium bisulfite. After soaking in water, it will decompose into hanging white block and sodium sulfite.
The SPb-DB2 hanging white block detector is designed according to the Ministry of Agriculture's standard "NY5172-2002 Determination of hanging white blocks in food" and the analysis methods and technical requirements recommended by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. It can quickly and accurately detect the content of suspended white blocks in food.

Adopting a 4.3-inch high-resolution color LCD touch screen with full Chinese display, the interface is intuitive and the operation is convenient.
Intelligent Chinese input function, which can directly input Chinese through the intelligent keyboard and touch pen, making the detection record more detailed and intuitive.
Equipped with an embedded micro thermal printer, it can directly print test reports for each detection channel. The reports are detailed and intuitive, including concentration, Chinese sample name, detection date, inspector, and testing unit.
The instrument adopts an optical path self calibration system to achieve power on self calibration, omitting the steps of calibrating 0 and 100.
The instrument can display both absorbance and transmittance values, making it convenient for conducting other experiments.
